Zen Mindfulness - Live in the moment and balance your life. Mindfulness training is based on Zen practice. Learn to balance emotions and thoughts through being present in the moment and observing the self. This relaxing class is a series of 5 sessions, held consecutive Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Class dates 01/13/10, 01/20/10, 01/27/10, 02/03/10 and 02/10/10. Cost: $15 per session or $65 for entire series at the first class
Manifesting Transformation - This group gets together one time per month to to work on manifesting skills. In January we will be getting together on the 17th at 7 p.m. Cost: $5
